Went for a brisk run/jog/well...walk, with my roomie and our dogs tonight! Went about 3.3 miles according to Google Maps! My shoes and dirty socks to prove it:
BTW: I in no way advocate nor endorse any implied brand of running shoes at this time. If my friends gives them to me for free, I take them.
